Die möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit eigenem Bad, Balkon und Kochnische ist zur Zwischenmiete für August und September zu haben. Die Wohnung war ein Erstbezug (2015) und ist somit noch im ausgezeichneten Zustand. Zur Möblierung gehört:
- ein 1m breites Bett
- eine 90cm breite Couch, welche auch ausklapbar ist und eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit bietet.
- ein 2m hoher, 1,5m breite und 60cm tiefer Schrank
- einen 1,4m langen Schreibtisch
- einen Nachttisch
- ein kleines Regal
- ein ausklappbarer Esstisch (an der Wand moniert)
- ein Sessel (Poäng)
- 2 Klappstühle und ein Klapptisch (für den Balkon)
Zudem hat die Kochnische (2 Herdplatten und Waschbecken) eigene Schränke und einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Im Keller des Hauses befinden sich Waschmaschinen und ein Fahrradkeller.
Sowohl die Sbahn Stammstrecke (Laim Bhf 5min) als auch der Bus (3min) sind zu Fuss schnell erreicht. Wenn man zwei Stationen mit dem Bus fährt ist man auch schnell an der U5 Haltestelle Laimer Platz. Man kommt also auch spät Nachts problemlos wieder nach Hause.
In 8min Entfernung sind ein Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann und eine Apotheke. In der Nähe (10min Umkreis) sind auch zahlreiche Restaurants.
