Da ich das nächste Semester im Ausland verbringen werde, suche ich Untermieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 01.09.2022 bis zum 01.03.2023. Die Wohnung ist voll möbeliert mit eigenem Bad und sehr geräumig. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich schnell wohlfühlen und entspannen kann. Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten sowie Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom und Internet enthalten. Im Keller befindet sich außerdem noch eine Waschmaschine und es gibt einen kleinen Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
Die Wohung liegt in Laim, wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der U-bahn Haltestelle Laimer Platz (bzw. S-Bahn Laim). Dort befinden sich auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist zudem sehr schnell im Grünen.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 700€ mit einer Kaution von 1000€.
Nur an Nichtraucher.
