Suche einen Nachmieter für mein Apartment in München Laim.
Das Apartment ist 21.5 qm groß und wird vollmöbliert mit einer Pantryküche vermietet. Es gibt einen sonnigen Balkon und ein großes Bad. Außerdem gehört ein Spind im Keller dazu. Das ganze Gebäude ist barriererfrei und verfügt über Aufzüge in allen Etagen.
Im Haus stehen Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Ein Fahrradkeller kann mitgenutzt werden.

I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Munich Laim.
The apartment is 21.5 square meters and is rented fully furnished with a pantry kitchen. There is a sunny balcony and a large bathroom. A storage room in the basement is also included. The whole building is barrier-free and has elevators on all floors.
Washing machines and dryers are available in the house as well. A bicycle cellar can be shared together with the residents.

In etwa 4 Gehminuten erreicht man die S-Bahn Station Laim. 8 Minuten zur Tram 19 (auch Nachttram). Und 12 Minuten bzw. zwei Busstationen zur U5 Laimer Platz.
Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt ist ungefähr 12 Minuten.
In der Nähe vom Laimer Bahnhof gibt es einen REWE, Aldi und Rossmann, sowie Richtung Laimer Platz einen Edeka, dm sowie ebenfalls einen REWE.
Zum Hauptbahnhof: 4 S-Bahn Haltestelle, Schloss Nymphenburg: 10 Minuten (Bus), Hirschgarten: 1 S-Bahn Haltestelle oder 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The S-Bahn Station is 4 minutes walking distance away from the apartment. Also, there are a Tram station and a U-Bahn Station (Laimer Platz) within 8 and 12 minutes walking distance or one and two bus stops respectively.
Around 12 Minutes are needed to travel to the city center by public transport.
Groceries stores: Nearby the Laim Station, there are REWE, Aldi, and Rossmann. In the direction of Laimer Platz, there are Edeka, dm, and also a REWE.
To central station: 4 S-Bahn stops, Schloss Nymphenburg: 10 Minutes with a bus, Hirschgarten: 1 S-Bahn stop or10 Minutes with a bicycle.
