Da ich zur Zeit in China bin, suche ich einen netten Zwischemieter fuer meine gemuetliche und sonnige Dachgeschosswohnung in Laim (nur 15min zum Zentrum ab UBahn Laimer Platz).
Die Ausstattung: vollmoebiliert, Waschmaschine im Keller, Tiefgaragenstellplatz (!), Balkon zur Suedseite und alles was man braucht wie Bettwaesche, Handtuecher und Geschirr (ein paar Pflanzen gibts auch ;-)
Die Miete betraegt EUR550 inkl. aller NK und Internet + Kaution EUR350.
Da ich selbst nicht da sein kann, wird meine gute Freundin Chrissi alles weitere regeln. Meldet euch bitte bei Ihr unter der Nummer: ----/-------
