Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhof (also nicht zu laut) und hat eine schöne Aussicht und die Cafés rundherum. Ich bitte um eine Kaution in Höhe von 600 Euro, die Sie bei Rückgabe des Schlüssels zurückerhalten.
Das Wohnheim Wichernhaus liegt zentral in München, alle S/U-Bahn-Linien sowie die meisten Tramlinien liegen in unmittelbarer Entfernung, ebenso der Hauptbahnhof.
Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt das Wohnheim sehr ruhig.
