Für meine kleine aber feine Wohnung im Herzen von München suche ich ab sofort eine/n Nachmieter/in!
Isartor, Gärtnerplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz, Englischer Garten - alles in wenigen Gehminuten super zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung wurde 2007 komplett renoviert (Böden, Bad usw.)und ist trotz City-Lage total ruhig (geht zum Innenhof raus).
Direkt neben dem Hauseingang befindet sich ein ganz neuer Waschsalon.
Ich würde gerne meinen großen Kleiderschrank und das Bett (beides von Ikea und in beinahe neuem Zustand) gegen eine Ablöse in der Wohnung lassen.
Am besten mal persönlich vorbeikommen und anschauen :)
