Sie liegt absolut ruhig nur 5 Gehminuten vom Sendlinger Tor entfernt. Nächste U-Bahnhaltestelle ist Goetheplatz mit U3 und U6 nur 3 Minuten entfernt, zur Isar geht man ca 10 Minuten. Geschäfte, Cafes und Bar sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
