Hallo,
ich habe mein Appartment zm 31.1.2011 gekündigt und benötige es bis dahin nicht mehr. Es handelt sich dabei um einen großen Raum, mit einer kleinen Küche und einem kleinen Bad, sowie einem großen Balkon. Es ist bereits renoviert und sucht in unmöbliertem Zustand noch einen Zwischemieter bis Ende Januar. Ich zahle 675 Euro Warmmiete inkl. Tiefgaragenstellplatz + 30 Euro Strom. Ich würde die Wohnung ab sofort für 399 Euro inkl. Nebenkosten bis 31.1.2010 untervermieten.
