Hallo,
ich suche dringend einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein,dafür aber sehr sauber da Erstbezug und komplett möbliert mit einer modernen Kochnische (mit Ceran), großem Balkon(und Balkonmöbeln), Südseite im Innenhof (also ruhig). Das Bad ist extra, mit Dusche und 2 Fenstern. Im Zimmer gibt es einen großen Schrank, eine Kommode, kleinen Tisch, Lampen und eine Couch die man ausklappen kann zum schlafen (super bequem).
Da es trotzdem klein ist und eher einem Hotelzimmer ähnelt und keinen Platz mehr für einen Schreibtisch hat ist es ideal für Pendler und eher nicht für Studenten!
