ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Appartment in der Tumblingerstraße 54. Das Appartment besteht aus einem Balkon, einem Zimmer mit Kochnische und einen Bad. Es ist sehr gut gelegen an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Poccistraße (U6 und U3). Ich könnte das Appartment auch möbiliert oder teilmöbiliert abgeben(Bett, Schrank, Regal etc.). Achtung: Das Appartment darf nur an Studenten vermietet werden, man bräuchte also eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
Die Lage ist sehr gut, an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Poccistraße fahren die U6 und U3 direkt zur Universität (LMU und TU) im 5 Minutentakt. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es alle möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Tengelmann, Penny, Aldi, etc)
Die Wohnung kann nur an Studenten vermietet werden.
