Hallo,
Momentan wohne ich am Goetheplatz, in einem 1 Zimmer Apartment. Ich möchte meine jetziges Apartment gegen eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung tauschen.
Das Apartment ist ca 20m², es befindet sich im Zimmer auch die Küche. Es befindet sich auch ein Bad.
Bei Interesse kann ich gerne Bilder vom Appartment zusenden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, befindet sich gleich direkt bei der Ubahn Haltestelle Goetheplatz.
Ich bin BWL-Studentin, 22 Jahre alt und meine Schwester 19 Jahre alt, die ab September Modedesign studieren wird. Wir sind momentan dringend auf der Suche nach einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Miete sollte 600 € nicht übersteigen.
Am besten wäre eine zentrale Wohnung, mit guter U-Bahn Anbindung.
