Die Wohnung ist ca. 36m² groß liegt in der Tumblingerstraße, Nähe Zenettiplatz und wurde letztes / vorletztes Jahr komplett renoviert (neue Fenster, neues Bad, neuer Parkettboden, Treppenhaus gestrichen, etc.).
Der aktuelle Mieter zieht jetzt mit seiner Freundin zusammen. Die Wohnungsmiete liegt kalt bei 575,-€/Monat und der Vormieter hätte die Küche gern abgelöst VB 2000,-€. Er hat zum 1.6. gekündigt, wäre aber froh, wenn er früher raus kann. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil und eine Art Speise/Abstellkammer außerhalb der Wohnung aber auf dem gleichen Flur. Besichtigungen sind am Sonntag, 10.3. möglich.
