I rent my appartment, only for couples.The appartment is about 10 Minutes walk to Oktoberfest. The area where you life is called Isarvorstadt (Dreimühlenviertel) and this region is famous for art, history and the very close distance to the big river Isar (250 Meters). If the weather is fine, you can swim or relax there in the sun. On the other side, you have direct connection to the bus stop, this bus drives you in 3 minutes to the next U-Bahn Station U3/U6 and 7 minutes to the Marienplatz. Food Stores, like the most famous butcher "Magnus Bauch" or LIDL are 150 Meters away.
For this great appartment I will only take 130 € rental for two relyable and clean person (couple).
I´m sure you´ll have a great time at the octoberfest and in munich!
