Hallo,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung möbliert und in bester Lage in München. Die Aventinstraße ist eine sehr ruhige Seitenstraße. Die Wohnung liegt zum grünen Innenhof und ist absolut ruhig. Gärtnerplatz, Marienplatz, Isartor, Viktualienmarkt. Alles zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Auch Tram, S und Ubahn. Großer Stellplatz für Fahrräder im Innenhof. Ich habe mich dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt, da sehr liebe Leute im Haus wohnen und die Lage nicht besser sein könnte. Das Bad ist sehr alt.
Isarvorstadt- 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Gärtnerplatz, Isartor oder Viktualenmarkt - absolut klasse :-)
