Ich vermiete für drei Wochen meine gemütliche, zentrale 1-Zimmer-Wohnung unter. Es ist alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht: Großer Balkon, kleine abgetrennte Küche, ausgestattet mit Herd, Spüle, Pizzaofen, Espressomaschine, Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen, Töpfe usw., großer Esstisch mit Stühlen, großes Bett (160x200), Flachbild-TV mit Sky-Receiver, kleines Bad mit Wanne und kleiner Flur mit Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG mit Aufzug. Waschmaschinen gibt es im Keller (Benutzung gegen Gebühr).
Die Lage ist eins A: Man fällt quasi in die U-Bahn (U3/U6), Bushaltestelle ist auch vor der Tür.
5 Min Fußmarsch zur Theresienwiese, 15 Min Fußmarsch zum Sendlinger Tor/ ins Glockenbachviertel/ zur Isar, 10 Min U-Bahn zur Uni.
Supermärkte (Rewe, Penny, Tengelmann, Edeka) in unmittelbarer Nähe, außerdem Restaurant (von Italiener über Dönermann bis Asiate alles da), Bäcker, Waschsalon, Copy Shop usw.
