Oktoberfest! Own Appartment for 2-4, short walk to the Fest

I rent a very central and modern appartment, perfect for visitors of the Oktoberfest.

It's a 5 Minute walk from Munich central station and another 5-10 Minutes to the Oktoberfest. Could not be more central!

The area round the central station is very well known for its multicultural and lively atmosphere. The appartment however lies at the border to a rather rich quarter with beautiful mansions as well as university departments. A 5 minute walk takes you to Theresienwiese, where the Oktoberfest takes place from Sept 20th to Oct 5th. A 5 Minute walk in the other direction takes you to Stachus where the large Shopping Precinct starts. And a 10 Minute walk takes you to Marienplatz, the well-known City-Centre with the Glockenspiel and the beautiful Town-hall. Lots of typical bavarian beergardens can be reached easily. If you want to see BMW-Museum or the Munich-Zoo just jump into the Metro U3 or U6 (5Mins from your house).

I am Munich-born and will be happy to answer any questions. During your stay I will be available for you by phone, but after the check-in you will not see me unless you ask for it :)

This appartment is perfect for 2 people, suitable for three and slightly packed with four people. We can discuss everything though. Prices vary with the number of people. For 2 people it is 180. Each additional person is 45 per night.

For the Weekends, prices are different!! 2 Persons 409, Each additional person 45 Euro per night.


The appartment is all new and very modern. A beautiful bathroom, a small kitchen-line with a bar-table where you can prepare your snacks. One or two double-beds depending on how many you are. It is one room plus bathroom only! You have a big wardrobe for all your personal belongings.
