Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für meine 32 m2 Wohnung ab Ende Dezember im Schlachthofviertel München. Ruhige Seitenstraße von der Lindwurmstrasse, zwischen Goetheplatz und Poccistrasse. Super U-Bahnanbindung und 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Wiesn. Ich habe momentan für 65€ einen Tiefgaragenplatz gemietet der ebenfalls frei wird.
Es handelt sich um eine helle Erdgeschosswohnung mit neuwertigem Laminat und separater Küche. Die Küche und einige Schränke würde ich gerne gegen einen Abschlag von ca. 800€ in der Wohnung lassen. Einzugstermin wäre vorzugsweise der 1.1.15, ist aber verhandelbar wenn es früher sein sollte.
Bei Interesse bitte schnell melden damit ich Dich meinem Vermieter vorschlagen kann.
