Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, hat einen Aufzug, kleinen Balkon, separate Küche mit Herd, Spüle, Ofen und einem kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und mit Parkett ausgestattet. Es sind eine Couch, ein Fernseher, drei kleine Tische und eine Kommode im Zimmer. Waschmaschine ist im Keller zur Allgemeinnutzung.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal für alle die öffentlich fahren, U-Bahn Haltestelle Goetheplatz und Bushaltestelle Waltherstraße. An sich ist es eine ruhige Lage, aber auch sehr belebt. Es gibt gleich im Haus um die Ecke einen Getränkemarkt, Edeka, Metzger und Bäcker. Sonst eine Apotheke, Bank, Kino und alles was das Herz begehrt in nahem Umkreis.
Ich brauche die Sicherheit dass die Wohnung auch gezahlt wird, möchte das alles auch schriftlich vereinbaren. Der Untermieter haftet selbst für Schäden. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Verlängerung der Untermietung auf ein Jahr möglich oder evntl auch ganz. Ich bin jederzeit per E-Mail erreichbar: und freue mich über Interessenten.
