Hallo ihr Lieben!
Ich vermiete ab Ende Februar meine kleine Wohnung am Goetheplatz. Es handelt sich um ein 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit kleinem Flur, neu saniertem Bad und einer Kochnische. Die Kochnische ist zwar sehr klein, mir hat sie jedoch immer gereicht zum kochen. Meine Möbel lasse ich drin ( Bett, Regale, Kleiderschrank, Esstisch und Stühle). Waschmaschinen sind im Keller.
Ich such ein ordentliches und sauberes Mädchen für das Zimmer. Mir wäre es sehr wichtig, dass das Zimmer gut behandelt wird.
Das Zimmer ist direkt an der U Bahn Station Goetheplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug in gemütlicher Reichweite (5 min, Tengelman, Rewe, Penny). Auch Bäcker gibts gleich mehrere ums Eck, sowie Bank, Post und unzählige Lokale. In ca 8 Minuten zu Fuß ist man an der Isar, was vor allem im Sommer traumhaft ist!
Schreib mir doch einfach ne Mail und erzähl bisschen was über dich. Bitte nur schreiben, wenn ihr das Zimmer über den gesamten Zeitraum nehmt! Das Zimmer ist für eine Person ausgelegt, mehr sind auch nicht erlaubt. Ansonsten ist mir wie gesagt wichtig, dass das Zimmer sauber gehalten wird. Grad für Berufstätige ist es praktisch, da man immer seine Ruhe hat und nach belieben Leute einladen kann!
Besichtigungen wäre diese Woche - abends.
