Der Balkon am Wohnzimmer hat eine Nord-Ost Ausrichtung, der bringt Sonne in Sommer ideal zum frühstucken in Sommer. In den Wohnbereichen ist Laminat verlegt. Neue Ikea Einbauküche und Badzimmer von Anfang 2015. Im Bad ist keine Wanne vorhanden, sonst eine Dusche. Ein Kellerabteil sowie Tiefgarage gehört nicht zur Wohnung und kann man auf Wunsch extra mieten. Heizung ist in Nebenkosten enthalten, aber Strom, sowie Internet man muss selbstverständlich separat zahlen.
Dieses Apartment steht in bester Lage in München. Es ist direkt in der nähe von Gärtnerplatz, 5 min entfernt von Viktualienmarkt und 10 zu Marienplatz. Wenn du joggen möchtest du bist 2min zu Isar.
Es gibt alles in der nähe: Apoteken, Supermarkets und viele Bars, Kneipe, asiatisch oder bayrisch restaurants.
The apartment is free from January on, so if you want to move here, you have to send the Selbsauskunft to the landlady and the last 3 month incomes.
This month I still have the apartment and my things there but you can move in you agree it with the landlady as soon as you want. My thing will stay there minimum till Februrary because I will not have the time to move before.
