Hallo liebe Interessenten,
da ich ein halbes Jahr im Ausland studieren werde, vermiete ich meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung ab dem 1.08.2016 bis zum 1.03.2017.
Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren komplett renoviert und verfügt über eine seperate Küche(Ausgestattet) und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Im Flur ist Platz für einen Schrank und eine Kommode
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Regal und Couchtisch (siehe Bilder).
Sehr zentral ca. 80 Meter zum Goetheplatz (U3/U6/Bus58) und ruhig (Wohnung liegt an einer Seitenstrasse mit Fenstern zum Hof).
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten am Marienplatz, am Hauptbahnhof oder an der Isar.
Im Umkreis von ein paar Hundert Metern findet man zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und Cafés (Alles da was man braucht).
In den sonstigen Kosten enthalten ist Strom, Internet und GEZ.
