Da ich die nächsten vier Monate geschäftlich im Ausland unterwegs bin, biete ich meine Einzimmerwohnung für vorerst vier Monate zur Untermiete an. Sie ist voll Möbliert mit allem was man zum Wohnen braucht (Küche, Bett, Tische & Stühle, Fernseher, Internet,...) siehe Fotos.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Goethestraße zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Goetheplatz. Beide Stationen, sowie das Sendlinger Tor sind 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächste Busverbindung am Beethovenplatz ist 2 Minuten entfernt.
Alle meine privaten Sachen werde ich natürlich noch vorher aus der Wohnung räumen, so dass sämtliche Schränke und Regale voll genutzt werden können. Geschirr und Töpfe sowie Bettzeug (bei Bedarf) und weitere zum Wohnen benötigte Haushaltsgegenstände stelle ich gerne zur Verfügung.
