Hello everybody,
I rent my partly furnished 1-room apartment with balcony and a big parking lot temporary from beginning of November until end of December 2018. An extension is possible after arrangement.
The parking lot is located in an underground car par with an automatic electric gate directly in the basement of the house. The parking lot is no duplex and has enough space also for bigger cars as SUVs..
The flat is located absolutely quietly to the inner courtyard, although the apartment is situated in a very central location.
The apartment has a kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave, which is in a small separate room.
The bathroom has a shower bath.
Washing facilities and a storage room are available in the attic of the house.
The rent of 900€ includes all additional costs.

The apartment is located in a very well-kept house with various doctor's surgeries and a lift. In about 3 minutes walk you reach the subway station Sendlinger Tor. In about 10 minutes walk you reach Marienplatz.
The Isarvorstadt is a very vibrant residential area with lots of bars, pubs, and clubs, around the beautiful Gärtnerplatz square. On warm summer evenings this square is a very popular location among young folks to gather, drink a few local beers, and generally enjoy life.
The area of Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt is bounded by the Isar river to the east.
