My cozy studio apartment is situated in the inner part of the city-5 minutes by metro to Marienplatz and Sedlinger Tor!
It is spacious enough for one person to live comfortably-the apartment has a retro style bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The bedroom has a hanging rack for clothes, as well as a dresser and a bookshelf. The balcony is quite large and has chairs and tables-perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. My kitchen is separated from the bedroom and bathroom areas, and I have a Nespresso machine, milk frother, and blender you are welcome to use.
I will be visiting family for a few weeks and I am looking for a mature, clean, responsible person to rent. I imagine my apartment would be ideal for an individual moving to Munich, needing a temporary apartment while they look for something long term.
