Hi everyone,
Iam looking for a tenant for two weeks as I am going to sublease a my 1 room apartment till the 15th of July.
The apartment consists of A bedroom with18 m2 area, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a small corridor.
There is another room that will be closed to keep my stuff, so what is rentable is a one room apartment.
The apartment is located on the south east facade in a multistory building. The room is always bright as sun comes in the room mostly all the daytime. Furniture included: Mattrice, big wardrobe, dinning/ desk table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher and washing machines are available.
The building is located in a very nice area close to the central train staion ( Hauptbahnhof ). Most of the supermarkets and shopping areas are between 4 to 8 minutes from the apartment( Lidle, Aldi,Rewe and Edeka) . Also many of the attractions are nearby. Karlsplatz and kaufingerstr. are 8-10 minutes waking from the apartment. Many public transport lines are around including Ubah , S-Bahn, tram are very close.
