Ich vermiete ab sofort meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung bis zum 15. September unter. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht (z.b. Dusche, Bad, Waschmaschine) und wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Die Fenster gehen zum sehr ruhigen Innenhof raus, so dass man von dem Trubel auf der Fraunhoferstraße nichts mitbekommt.

I am subletting my furnished apartment for 4 weeks. There is everything you need, including a bathroom and washing machine. It is very quiet and cozy, since the windows look out to the backyard.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Die Fraunhoferstraße (Ubahn und Tram) sind direkt vor der Haustüre, und im trendigen Glockenbachviertel ist immer was los. Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Läden machen hier das Leben besonders schön. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt, zur Isar sind es 2 Minuten und man braucht auch nachts nie lange nach Hause! Durch den Blick auf den Innenhof ist die Wohnung jedoch so ruhig und gemütlich, dass man hier immer gut abschalten kann :)

It is located in the trendy Glockenbachviertel, with a lot of Cafés, Bars, Restaurants and little shops. The Isar is just 2 minutes away and the metro station is right next to the building. However, thanks to the backyard, the apartment is very quiet and you can‘t hear any noises.
