Hallo zusammen,
da ich im Januar 2020 verreise, biete ich hier meine Wohnung zur Untervermietung an. Sie besteht aus einem großem Wohn-und Schlafzimmer, einem Bad mit Badewanne (ohne Fenster), einer Küche mit Herd und Ofen sowie einem kleinen Flur. Falls Ihr also noch dringend für Januar eine Bleibe sucht, meldet Euch. Bei der Vermietungsdauer bin ich ein wenig flexibel. Sie sollte aber mindestens 2 Wochen und höchsten 1 Monat betragen. (Bevorzugt wären es aber die 3 Wochen vom 1.1-21.1.2020). Die Wohnung kostet 220 Euro pro Woche inklusive GEZ, Internetnutzung, Strom etc.. Miete muss im Voraus bezahlt werden.

as I am going to make a trip in January, I offer here my 1-room-aparment for subletting. The apartment has one large living/-bed-room, one bathroom wiht bath (without window), one kitchen wiht cooker and oven as well as a small hall. If you still looking for January 2020 an accomondation, feel free to contact me. I am flexibel regarding the period of rent. It should be at least 2 weeks and not longer as 1 month. The rent is 220 euro per week including tv-licence fees, internet, electricity, etc.. Rent must be paid in advance.
