Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung, die zum 01.05.2020 bezogen werden kann (ggf auch früher). Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert, aber sofern Interesse besteht, kann das ein oder andere Möbelstück abgelöst werden.
Im Haus wohnen sehr viele junge Leute (viele Studenten), die alle super hilfsbereit und lieb sind. Zu der Wohnung gehört ausserdem ein Balkon und eine Küchenzeile mit neuem Kochfeld, sowie ein von mir gelegter neuer PVC Boden.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Poccistrasse und Goetheplatz sind in 5-10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars/Clubs (Bahnwärter Thiel) sind ebenfalls im direkten Umkreis.
Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Rad innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind im Keller genug vorhanden, sodass man auch immer eine bekommt, wenn man waschen möchte.
Fahrradabstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorm Haus vorhanden.
