Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 30 m2 Wohnung, welches komplett mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet ist. Die Wohnung (5. Stock mit Aufzug) besteht aus einem Flur, einem Wohnzimmer mit Niche als Schlafecke, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne sowie einen wunderschönen Balkon (ung. 8qm gross).
Die Wohnung liegt 10 Min zu Fuss von Goetheplatz entfernt, oder 5 Min mit dem Bus 58, dessen Haltestelle vor der Tür liegt. Ein Netto befindet sich direkt im Gebäude, und den Waschsalon liegt 5 Min zu Fuss entfernt.
Eine Ablöse für die aktuelle Möbeln von 1000€ wünsche ich, da die Möbeln extra vor 1 Jahr für die Wohnung gekauft wurden und perfekt in der Wohnung passen (inkl. Sofa, TV Möbel, Kleiderschrank, Schuhmöbel, kleiner Ikea Bücherregal, Balkonmöbeln, 2 Liegestühle, 1 Tisch/Bürotisch und 2 Stühle, Staubsauger, ein paar Besteck = NP : ung. 1600€.
Besichtigungen ab dem 8.6., die Wohnung ist verfügbar ab sofort.
