I'm subletting my lovely apartment while I am on holiday! the apartment is 37 m2 and located in the amazing Dreimühlen district and directly at the Isar (2 min walk).
It comes fully furnished with a bed, couch, dining / working table and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need :)

Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus mit der Buslinie 132, die Sie in weniger als 15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum bringt.
Es ist ein Traum für Radfahrer, denn der Weg bringt Sie in ca. 8 Minuten zum Marienplatz.
Auch in der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele schöne Restaurants, Bars, Gelaterias und Cafés!

Public transport is directly at the front of the house with bus line 132 which takes you into the city center in less than 15 minutes.
It is a dream for biking as the path will get you to Marienplatz in about 8 min.
There are many lovely restaurants, bars, gelaterias, and cafes in the neighborhood too!
