Nachmieter gesucht aufgrund von Umzug.
Die Wohnung ist 27qm groß und perfekt für Studenten in München. Ich habe sie alleine genutzt, kann bei Bedarf auch zu zweit bezogen werden. Die Wohnung wurde stets sauber gehalten und es sind keine Schäden entstanden. Sie wird von einem Makler vermietet, vorherige Kontaktaufnahme über mich.

Zentrale Lage (Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt), U-Bahn Station Goetheplatz (u3 und U6) innerhalb von 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch wenn es heuer kein Oktoberfest gibt - die Wiesn ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Angemessener Preis trotz perfekter Lage. Parkmöglichkeit lässt allerdings zu Wünschen übrig, stellte aber kein großes Problem für mich dar.

Kontaktaufnahme über mich, da die Wohnung von einem Makler vermietet. Suche einen Nachmieter, weil ich umziehe. 1500€ Ablöse ist nicht verhandelbar. Was in der Ablöse inbegriffen ist erfahren Sie sobald Sie mich kontaktieren. Weitere Details ebenfalls bei Kontaktaufnahme. Wohnung wurde 3-4 Tage die Woche genutzt, da ich viel gependelt bin.
