Hallo zusammen,
ich werde dieses Sommersemester ein Auslandssemester machen und vermiete deswegen in dieser Zeit meine Wohnung in Untermiete. Die Kosten sind 800€ warm mit Internet.
Die Wohnung ist ca 35 m^2 groß. Sie ist mit Parkett ausgelegt und voll möbliert - es gibt einen großer Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Bücherregal, Sofa, großes Bett (1.60m x 2.00m), Schuhregal, ... Im Bad gibt es außerdem noch eine Waschmaschine. Die separate Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Herd und Backofen und es gibt einen kleinen zum Innenhof gewandten Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Goetheplatz (U3 und U6 + Busse). Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheken und ähnliches liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe (<1 min laufen). Man kommt auch in nur 15min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof und in unter 5min mit dem Fahrrad an die Isar. Da die Wohnung im Innenhof liegt ist es trotzdem ruhig und angenehm.
