my name is Roberta and I would like to offer a place in my current apartment, which is between Isartor and Viktualenmarkt.
It will be possible to rent the apartment with me from mid-August to mid-October, but with great possibilities to extend the contract.
The apartment is located close to many bars, supermarkets, restaurants and all types of transport. Furthermore, it is very ventilated and bright and has a beautiful view of the Glockenbach residences.
The apartment consists of a large single room, a hall and a bathroom. It does not come furnished, but the future tenant would have to buy the sofa bed, a shelf and an electric oven that I bought to the apartment. The value would be the same as what I bought, as they are in perfect condition: €470. :)
