Hallo ihr Lieben, da ich für 8 Monate nicht in München bin, wird meine heiß geliebte 1 Zimmerwohnung frei. Sie wurde schweißgebadet mit viel Mühe liebevoll eingerichtet, daher würde es mich freuen, wenn du dich hier genauso wohlfühlen kannst wie ich. Großer Pluspunkt: Sie hat eine abgetrennte Küche! Großer Minuspunkt: man kann die Straße hören - manche stört's manche nicht. Im Bad steht eine kleine Waschmaschine und im Eingang gibts noch einen praktischen Einbauschrank. Die Nachbarn sind ganz nett, aber man bekommt eher weniger von einander mit.
Super Lage, die Isar ist um die Ecke und man erreich sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Außerdem schaut man direkt ins Grüne!
