Ich biete meine Studentenwohnung (Unikum - Planegg/Martinsried) beziehbar ab dem 01.11.2021 (Untervermietung bis 31. Januar, 2022 mit der Möglichkeit, einen eigenen langfristigen Mietvertrag beim Vermieter zu beantragen).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, ist ungefähr 20 quadratmeter groß und verfügt über eine Küchenzeile (Induktionskochfeld, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschbecken, und viel Stauraum in Schränken), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Handtuchwärmer, und ein Balkon, der mit Glaspaneelen geschlossen werden kann. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Kleiderschrank, einer Kommode, einem Schreibtisch, einem Esstisch, 2 Stühlen, und einem Bettgestell ausgestattet. Auf Wünsch kann ich meine Matratze auch günstig verkaufen. Die Warmmiete beträgt 640,00 EUR pro Monat.

I offer my apartment in a student dormitory (Unikum - Planegg/Martinsried) from November 1, 2021 (sublet until January 31, 2022, with the option to arrange your own long-term contract with the landlord).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, approximately 20 square meters, and includes a kitchenette (induction cooktop with 2 burners, refrigerator/freezer, sink, plenty of cabinets for storage space), bathroom with shower and towel-warmer, and a balcony/loggia (which can be opened/closed with glass panels). The apartment comes furnished with a wardrobe, dresser, desk, dining table, 2 chairs, and a bed-frame. If desired, I will offer to sell my mattress for a reasonable price. The warm-rent is 640.00 Euros/month.
Die Lage ist für Studierende der LMU Biocampus Martinsried, des MPI Neurobiologie, und auch für Medizinstudierende der LMU komplett perfekt, weil der Biocampus weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist (ca. 15 Minuten zum LMU Klinikum Großhadern). Mit dem Bus (266 zur U6, 267 zur U3, 259 zur Pasing Bhf) ist das Gebiet gut an München angebunden, aber der hat dennoch Vorteile außerhalb der Stadt, wie zum Beispiel schöne Wanderwege, Felder, und Waldgebiete. In der Nachbarschaft finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen; mehrere Supermärkte (Rewe, AEZ, Aldi, Forumstar), Restaurants (mit Deutscher, Italienischer, Indischer, und Chinesischer Küche), ein Baumarkt (OBI), andere Geschäfte, und Friseure. Das Highlight der Nachbarschaft ist die Bäckerei (Vor Ort) direkt neben dem Haus.

The location is perfect for students of the LMU Biocampus Martinsried, the MPI of Neurobiology, and LMU medical students, as it is less than a 10 minute walk to the LMU Biocampus, and a 15 minute walk to the Hospital (LMU Klinikum Großhadern) and surrounding research institutions. In addition, the area is well-connected to Munich by bus (266 to the U6, 267 to the U3, 259 to Pasing Bhf.), while also having benefits of being outside of the city, such as several nice walking trails, fields, and beautiful wooded areas. In the neighborhood you will find everything you need; several grocery stores (Rewe, AEZ, Aldi, Forumstar), restaurants (including German, Italian, Indian, and Chinese cuisine), a home-improvement store (OBI), other shops, and hair salons. The highlight of the neighborhood is the lovely bakery (Vor Ort) just next door to Unikum.
