The apartment you will have your own kitchen area, a bathroom other than the common living area. There is a section at the door where you can place your shoes and hang up jacket. It is on the 5th floor with the elevator.

I will be giving away the room around in August for long term. The tenant must have a full time contract, this is why as a student I have to move out. The rental price could be lower than 800 when you signed with Hausverwaltung. Swap is preferred, and you would need to take over some furnitures for 2000-3000 Euros. I would also prefer another Einzelzimmer Wohnung with a good price around Maxvorstadt or some where on U2 line so I can reach to TUM easier within 20-30mins. Feel free to reach out to me!

The apartment is located very central, 3 minutes walk away from U2 Theriesienstraße station , when you look outside of the window TUM management building is right at your sight. There are plenty of supermarkets around (Lidl, Netto, REWE, EDEKA), drugstores (DM, Rossman), post office is next to Ubahn station.
