Hallo! Meine schöne Wohnung ist nächste Woche frei - Daten sind flexibel, ein paar Tage mehr oder weniger sind kein Problem. Miete warm und inklusive aller Nebenkosten 300,00 Euro für den Zeitraum (eine Person).
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, Küche und Bad, alles ist ganz neu gemacht. Ein Zimmer nutze ich als Wohnzimmer (mit Sofa und Esstisch), ein zimmer als Schlafzimmer. Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, Bettwäsche kann alles benutzt werden.
Bitte schreibt mir ein wenig über euch.
Mir ist wichtig, dass wir uns kurz persönlich kennenlernen und alles besprechen. Dies ist kein Airbnb. Ich vermiete die Wohnung so, wie ich sie auch an Freund:innen weitergeben würde - daher ist mir ein nettes, vertrauensvolles Miteinander wichtig.
