Nice quiet area, one side of apartment is floor to ceiling windows, and you just see trees outside. I have a balcony you can relax on. My cat loves to spend time onn the balcony as well. There is a desk/dinner table, a 3 seater very comfy couch, a coffee table, TV, modern bathroom with bathtub, separate kitchen (without separating door). The bed area, is behind a wall, not visible from living room, but without a door. Oh and ofcourse many cattoys hehe. The cat litter box has a lid and therefore does not smell.
Laundry machines are dowstairs (super easy).
I can gladly give you a facetime tour, since i don’t feel comfortable uploading pictures.
In front of the building is a small green area where you would put down a blanket to sit while my cat is enjoying his outside time.
I want to give you more info on my awesome cat but maybe we do that privately.
I am looking for someone URGENTLY!!! Approx from JULY 17th to SEPT 18th.

The area is very central. 10-minute bike ride to the central station and Stachus. Or 8mins walk to Tram and 7 min tram ride to city center. Or 10mins walk to Ubahn and one stop from the main Station. The area has various supermarkets around (8-10 mins walk) and coffee shops etc.
On Tuesday the local farmers market come to the square in front of the building.

I am urgently looking for someone and i am in general very flexible with when you can contact me.
