Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with roommates on the same floor (almost every time you use it by yourself, it's not crowded at all), and the kitchen is oversized enough to have a party (if needed).

Rent:
Daily rent 30€ per day, deposit depending on the length of stay.
If you stay for the whole time from 14.12 to 1.1, the rent will be 530€..

Near HM, LMU main campus, TUM main campus, HB, Olympiapark!
HM campus just 1 minute away. 2 Minutes away from bus stop Hochschule München (Bus 153, Tram 20-21), 15 minutes straight to the LMU main campus (13 minutes by bike) and 5 minutes by bike to TUM (15 minutes walk).
Tram 20/21 downstairs 6 minutes direct to HB. Near Olypiapark, 14 minutes by bike.
Edeka 1 minute away, 500 meters away is a big edeka, lidl & fit star gym.
