Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in München für 2 Monate zur Untermiete. (mit Option auf Verlängerung)
Kleine Wohnung - perfekte Lage.
Mitten in der Maxvorstadt. Ausgänge Amalienstr. und Türkenstr.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, mit Lage zur Rückseite.
Allgemeines im/am Haus: es gibt Fahrradständer, Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller, Tiefgarage (nicht enthalten aber evtl zu mieten).
Wohnung: Terrasse (ca 5 qm), Einbauschränke, Kleine Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank.
Meine Sachen, die ich über den Zeitraum dort lasse: Hochbett, großer Schreibtisch, Sessel, Fernseher, Mikrowelle und Backofen, Wasserkocher, Geschirr. Bei Bedarf Bettzeug und Handtücher.
Special Offer: Meine Möbel können bei Bedarf verändert / ausgetauscht werden, ich hänge nicht besonders an der aktuellen Einrichtung. Wer z.B. lieber ein normales Bett hat, kann das einrichten.
Inklusive im Mietpreis: mein Internetanschluss mit WLAN, Heizung, Wasser und sonstige Nebenkosten.
Die Besichtigung, Vergabe und idealerweise auch gleich Übergabe erfolgen voraussichtlich am 30.03. oder 01.04.

I am subletting my 1-room flat in Munich for 2 months. (maybe a little longer)
Small flat - perfect location.
In the centre of Maxvorstadt. Exits Amalienstr. and Türkenstr.
The flat is on the ground floor, facing the back.
General information about the building: there are bicycle racks, washing machines and dryers in the basement, underground car park (not included but possibly for rent).
The flat has a terrace (maybe 5 square meters), fitted wardrobes, small kitchenette, fridge.
My things that I leave there during the period are a bunk bed, large desk, armchair, TV, microwave and oven, kettle, crockery. Bed linen and towels if required.
Special Offer: My furniture can be exchanged if necessary, I am not particularly attached to the current furnishings. If you prefer a normal bed instead of the bunk, feel free to set that up.
Included in the rental price are Internet connection & WLAN, heating, water and all other additional costs.
Viewing appointments and speedy handover ideally on 31.03. and 01.04. :)
Sehr gute Lage; 3 Minuten zum LMU Zentralcampus, 2 min zum Bus Amalienstr (fährt zum Hbf.), 4 min zur U-Bahn U6 Universität.
Zahlreiche Supermärkte, Läden, Restaurants, Bars, etc. Es ist ein studentisches Viertel.
Ich erreiche die meisten Ziele in München mit dem Rad oder ÖPNV, ein Auto braucht man hier nicht. Es gibt aber eine Tiefgarage, wo es meistens Plätze zu vermieten gibt.
Die Wohnung ist frei ab Weihnachten. Befristung bis 31. März 2024.
Es gibt evtl. die Option auf eine Verlängerung, diese kann ich aber noch nicht versprechen.
Besichtigung hier vor Ort oder online, am besten am 27.12. und 28.12.
