Hallo,
ich suche ab sofort ein/e Nachmieter/in fuer meine Wohnung in der Maxvorstadt. Die Wohnung is ungefaehr 27 qm gross, besteht aus einem grossen Wohnzimmer, einer Diele und einer kleinen Kueche (voll ausgestattet mit Kuehlschrank und Backofen). Das Zimmer ist sehr hell durch zwei grosse Dachfenster in Richtung Sueden.
Das Badezimmer befindet sich im Flur, und ist zur Mitbenutzung mit zwei weiteren auf der Etage befindlichen Wohnungen (2 Personnen, aber eine ist kaum da).
Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit Supermaerkten, Bars, usw... U-Bahn 2 und 6 und Trambahn 27 in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
