ich suche für meine Wohnung eine/n zuverlässige/n und ordentliche/n Zwischenmieter/in. Inklusive der Nebenkosten(Heizung, Strom, etc.) beträgt die Miete 520€. Internet kostet zusätzlich 25€, der Anschluss muss aber nicht übernommen werden.
Zur Wohnung:
Von der Eingangstür geht es durch einen Flur ins eigentliche Zimmer. In dem Flur befindet sich eine vernünftige Küchenzeile mit Spüle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen und genügend Stauraum.
Das Zimmer ist hell und wirkt freundlich. Die notwendigsten Möbel sind im Zimmer vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahnstation Theresienstraße oder Josephsplatz. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
