Hallo zusammen,
ich hätte ab 1.7. folgende kleine aber gemütliche Wohnung anzubieten:
- 2 Zimmer auf 38qm verteilt, großes Wohn/Esszimmer/Küchenzeile, normales Schlafzimmer
- zentrale Lage in Maxvorstadt (nähe Josephsplatz)
- super günstige Miete (460€ + 35€ Gas/Strom)
- ein paar Möbel können gerne abgelöst werden da ich keine Verwendung mehr dafür habe, aber alles vor einem Jahr neu gekauft)
- leider mit Provision (975€), da eine Immobiliengesellschaft die Wohnung verwaltet
- dafür aber schöner Parkettboden
- leider keine Haustiere erlaubt
