ich suche zum 01.03.2012 eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein Appartment in der Theresienstraße. Die Lage ist top, direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle. Dennoch ist die Wohnung ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen.
Das Appartment ist voll möbiliert und hat einen sehr schönen großen Balkon mit Südausrichtung.
Das Angebot ist diese Woche noch provisionsfrei, danach Übergabe an Makler.
