dich erwartet ein neues, helles und sehr gepflegtes 1- Zimmer Apartment direkt im Zentrum Münchens, bei Odeonsplatz, ca 32 qm gross, 3. OG (mit Lift!).
Du wirst mitten in München leben und außerdem eine optimale Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel haben. Marienplatz ist 5 min zu Fuß oder eine Haltestelle mit der U-Bahn und die U-Bahn Haltestelle Odeonsplatz ist um die Ecke (1 min zu Fuß). Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 3 min entfernt (nur zwei U-Bahnhaltestellen).
Der Wohnbereich bietet eine gemütliche Schlafcouch, eine Essecke sowie einen Schlafplatz. Das Bett ist 140 cm breit und eignet sich daher perfekt für 2 Besucher. Auf der neuen Matratze Sultan Flokenes lässt Dich 100%ig super schlafen. Auf der Schlafcouch (180 cm) können weitere zwei Personen schlafen.
In der separate Küche mit eigenem Fenster findest du eine komplette Ausstattung und genug Platz zum Kochen.
Das Bad ist mit WC, Waschbecken, Schrank und Dusche ausgestattet.
Das Apartment befindet sich in belebter Nachbarschaft mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants, Geschäften, Museen und Clubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der "Englische Garten" liegt 3 Min. Fussweg entfernt und eignet sich hervorragend zum joggen und relaxen.

Welcome to my place, a completely furnished, light and neat 32 qm apartment, in the centre of Munich, by Odeonsplatz (3. Floor, with elevator), JUST 1 STOP FROM MARIENPLATZ (or 5 min on foot) and 2 STOPS FROM THE CENTRAL TRAIN STATION (3 min).
You will live in the CENTRE OF MUNICH and will be BEST CONNECTED to the public transport. Just on the corner (in just 1 min) you will reach the underground stop Odeonsplatz.
In the apartment there is a DOUBLE BED (140 cm) for 2 persons with a brand new Sultan Flokenes mattress, a comfortable 180 cm SOFA BED (eventually for another 2 persons), a big (180 cm) massive wooden table, TV and INTERNET. You will find TOWELS AND BEDDING.
There is also a separate bathroom with WC, washstand, cabinet and shower. In the kitchen you will find EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED TO COOK.
It is placed in a very special area (there are 2 big universities around the corner), so you will find young, friendly atmosphere ,lots of little cute shops, nice bars & restaurants (Bank and supermarket as well).
Hot spots: "English Garden" in 5 minutes-walk (great, very save jogging area!), "Marienplatz"( 1 underground stop or 5 min on foot) and many others that you can easily reach by walk in few minutes. If you are interested in nightlife there are several options, e.g. all clubs just 5 min.-walk (like "Bobbeaman club")!
