Meine Wohnung ist zur Zwischenmiete frei, da ich für 1 Woche ins Ausland gehe. Für die Woche 150 Euro gesamt. Die Lage ist super, nah zur U2 Theresienstrasse und U1 Stiegelmeierplatz, zur TU kann man laufen und auch zur LMU (Leopoldstrasse) kommt man mit Fahrrad Bus oder Bahn schnell. Meine Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat schon alles was man braucht (auch in der Küche). Der Balkon und auch das Fenster zeigen in einen ruhigen Innenhof. Ich suche eine nette Person zur Zwischenmiete bei der ich die Wohnung in guten Händen weiß.
Nur 1 Station zum Hauptbahnhof und 3 zum Sendlinger Tor. Gerade als Student ist Maxvorstadt super, alles ums Eck was man braucht und jede Menge nette Bars und Kneipen. Sowohl die TU als auch die LMU sind super nah und zur FH sind es mit der Tram (Sandstrasse) auch nur 2 Stationen.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind im Haus vorhanden und einen Fahrradkeller gibt es auch.
