There is washing machine and a dryer in the basement of the building, as well as bike storage in the basement and behind the building.
The total rent is 530€ per month, including heating and internet,cable, water and electricity. And it can be rented from the July 1st until the 29th of August.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Maxvorstadt, in einer sehr ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten (Tram 27/28 Schellingstraße und Bus 154) zu erreichen. Zur den U-bahnstationen Universität (U3/U6) und Theresienstraße (U2)sind es jeweils etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf dem Weg dort hin findest du wirklich alles was du für den täglichen Bedarf brauchst, Supermärkte, Cafés, Drogeriemärkte,Banken usw.

The studio is located on the Maxvorstad area, in a very quiet one-way-street. Very close to the public transport: Tram and bus just 2 minutes walking distance (Tram 27/28/N27; Bus 154). It's about 8 minutes walking distance away from Universität Subway Station (U3/6)and also Theresienstrase (U2). Supermarkets, drugstores, coffee shops and banks are very close to the flat.
