Hallo. Ich biete meine 1-Raum-Wohnung für nun 5 Wochen zur Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung ist definitiv ab Sonntag, dem 17.08.14 frei, das Enddatum könnte sich möglicherweise/nach Bedarf auch noch einige Tage nach hinten verschieben.
Die Lage (Maxvorstadt) ist unschlagbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich tolle Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, aber z.B. auch ein schöner, kleiner Park. Die U2 Josephsplatz ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie die (Nacht-)tram 20/21 Haltestelle Hochschule/Lothstraße. Zum Bus läuft man nur 3min, dieser bringt einen direkt bis zur Universität U3/U6. Eigentlich kann man auch alles mit dem Rad machen, in 10min ist man in der Innen-/Altstadt.
Meine Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet/möbliert. Für den angegebenen Zeitraum (5 Wochen) vermiete ich die Wohnung für eine Monatsmiete, also 690,- komplett, plus 400,- Kaution.
