Ich vermiete meine mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtete 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ab sofort bis zum 28. August (eventuell auch ein etwas länger). Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist gut geschnitten. Das Haus hat seine letzte Renovierung schon einige Zeit hinter sich, alles funktioniert aber. Leider gibt es keinen Internet-Anschluss. Es eignet sich in der zentralen Lage sicherlich gut für Studenten während einer Summer School oder auch eines Praktikums. Da ich nur noch sehr kurz in München bin, ließen sich Besichtigung und Übergabe am besten heute, am Freitag den 1. August, oder morgen einrichten.
I rent my studio apartment that is furnished with the essentials one-room apartment from now until August 28 (possibly a little longer). The apartment is well laid out. The house's last renovation is some time ago, but everything functions. Unfortunately, there is no Internet connection. The centrally located apartment is certainly good for students during a summer school or an internship. Since I'm only very briefly in Munich, visiting and handing over could best today, Friday, August 1, or tomorrow.
Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock. Sie ist in der Maxvorstadt sehr zentral gelegen, die drei Universitäten lassen sich in Windeseile erreichen. Tram- und U-Bahn-Haltestellen sind in 3 bzw. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
The studio apartment is located on the 5th floor. It is very centrally located in Maxvorstadt, the three universities can be reached in no time. Tram and metro stops can be reached within 3 and 5 minutes.
