Hallo!
Ich vermiete für ein paar Tage meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Sie besteht aus einer kleinen Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einem 16m² großen Schlaf/Wohn/Arbeitsraum. (seht selbst auf den Bildern). Das Zimmer hat ein riesiges Fenster zum Leopoldpark hinaus, sodass es sehr grün ist. Das Bett ist 1,40m breit, sodass darin locker Platz für 2 Personen ist. Es steht auch eine Couch im Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Stadtteil Schwabing.
In 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Giselastraße. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Odeonsplatz, also in der Innenstadt.
Als Absicherung für meine privaten Sachen nehme ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 100,-€, die ihr dann aber selbstverständlich zurück bekommt, wenn alles in Ordnung ist.
Die Miete beträgt fix 300,-.
